specific practices and programs used by organizations to
facilitate socialization
- Discuss the
global skills managers must learn, practice, and refine to deal
with a changing world
- Define what is
meant by globalization
- Discuss why
the increasing diversity of the workforce will require the
adoption
of a different approach/style of managing employees.
- Define
perception and explain its role in understanding and coping with
organizational life.
