Workshop Two Objectives

The objectives of Workshop 2 are to:

1. Analyze the ethical practices in organizations.

2. Describe the effective management of diversity.

3. Differentiate between the global task and general global environments.

4. Discuss why it is important that managers be sensitive to social systems of nations around the world.

5. Distinguish between programmed and nonprogrammed decisions.

6. Identify the role that organizational learning and creativity play in helping managers to improve their decisions.
